Job summary

Seatrium Ltd in Singapore is seeking fresh graduates and early-career professionals to develop cost estimates by translating technical specifications into competitive pricing. You will build and validate estimates across labour, materials, and subcontractors to support winning project strategies.

You will partner with Project and Procurement teams to challenge assumptions and optimise cost positions, and gain hands-on exposure to commercial negotiations and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or related).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data handling capability.
• Proactive team player with ownership mindset in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of cost estimates by translating technical specs into competitive pricing.
• Build and validate detailed estimates across labour, materials, and subcontractors.
• Partner with Project and Procurement teams to optimise cost positions.
• Contribute to pricing of variation works and participate in commercial negotiations.
