Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. seeks an Electrical Estimator to support cost estimates for electrical scopes on marine/offshore projects and to prepare timely tender submissions with detailed cost breakdowns.

You will coordinate with Electrical Engineering, Procurement and Production teams, perform market pricing research, and ensure estimates align with contractual and safety requirements for bid submissions.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical or marine engineering.
1–3 years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
Experience with electrical systems in marine/offshore environments is advantageous.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills.
Detail-oriented with good coordination and communication abilities.
Able to meet tender deadlines.

Responsibilities

Electrical Estimating: Prepare cost estimates for electrical systems (power generation, distribution, cabling, controls, E&I works).
Costing & Pricing: Source and evaluate quotations for electrical materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Tender Execution: Deliver timely and competitive bid submissions.
Commercial Awareness: Understand contractual and commercial implications of electrical scope.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
