Job summary

TI10 SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a passionate Junior Chef to join our in-house club’s culinary team, crafting dishes with care and consistency.

This role offers exposure to diverse cuisines, hands-on learning, and the chance to grow within a supportive kitchen environment, working under the Head Chef.

Candidates should have a relevant culinary qualification, Food Safety certificate, and at least one year in a commercial kitchen, including shifts.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts
• WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
• 1 year in a commercial kitchen or internship experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with daily prep.
• Cook and plate dishes to the Head Chef's standards.
• Support buffet and club event setups as required.
• Assist with stock counts and highlight low stock items.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a quality dining experience for members.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Chefto join our in-house club’s culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, marinating and portioning, according to recipes and daily preparation requirements
• Cook and plate dishes to the standards set by the Head Chef, ensuring consistency intaste, portion and presentation
• Support the preparation of buffets and club events when required
• Assist with stock counts and highlight low stock items to the Head Chef
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene andkitchen cleanliness
• Work closely with the culinary team to provide aquality dining experience for the members

What We're Looking For

• Certificate or Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts, orequivalent will be an advantage
• Possess WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen, such as hotel, club, restaurant, or catering environment. Candidates with relevant culinary training or internship experience are also welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of Chinese, Western or Asian cuisine
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior chefs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to work
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
