Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant software-development experience.
• Good foundation in C++ programming, including OO design and memory management.
• Familiarity with Git or another source-control system.
• Familiarity with Linux or willingness to develop Linux-based development skills.
• Ability to read technical specifications and document work clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C++ software modules under supervision.
• Implement middleware functions, adapters, protocol handlers, parsers, data-conversion logic, and config functions.
• Support integration of software interfaces between the middleware and customer/internal systems.
• Write clean, maintainable C++ code following project standards.
• Develop unit tests and support integration, system, and acceptance testing.
• Investigate defects, analyse logs, reproduce issues, and support corrective actions.
• Prepare technical artefacts: documentation, test records, config files, release notes.
