EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to work on banking and finance projects. You will gather and analyse business and functional requirements, and translate them into clear specifications, user stories, and process flows.

You will support SIT/UAT, collaborate with project teams, and maintain requirements traceability to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
• Previous experience within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support business stakeholders in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements for banking and finance-related projects.
• Assist in conducting requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and discussions with business users and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, System Analysts, and other technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support functional and solution design discussions by providing business and process perspectives.
• Assist with data analysis, data mapping, and reconciliation activities where required, particularly for finance-related processes.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, including preparation and review of test scenarios, test cases, defect tracking, and issue follow-up.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure that business requirements are appropriately reflected in delivered solutions.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
