Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support wholesale banking initiatives, focusing on customer onboarding, servicing workflows and data management.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, System Analysts and testing teams to turn business needs into clear requirements and support delivery through testing, SIT and UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of wholesale banking, onboarding workflows and data management.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with technology teams on functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review and validate requirements with business specialists.
• Assess impact of proposed changes and map future processes.
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage requirements-related risks, issues and changes in scope.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements and functional specifications.
• Review test plans and functional test scope; support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation, tracking and resolution.

Contract: 12 months

Experience: At least 4 years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support wholesale banking initiatives involving customer onboarding, servicing workflows and data management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, System Analysts and testing teams to turn business needs into clear requirements and support delivery through testing.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage requirements-related risks, issues and changes in scope. Assess the impact of change requests and support effort estimates.
• Hand over requirements to System Analysts and maintain traceability between business requirements and functional specifications.
• Review test plans and functional test scope. Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritisation, tracking and resolution.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of business analysis experience in the banking or financial services industry.
