Job summary

RK Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Bread Baker to join our bakery team in Mandai. The role involves preparing, mixing, and shaping dough, ensuring product consistency, and maintaining hygiene across the production area.

The candidate should have prior bread baking experience, knowledge of fermentation and gluten development, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with six days off per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in bread baking or bakery production.
• Knowledge of dough mixing, handling, and shaping techniques.
• Understanding dough fermentation, proofing and gluten development.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix different types of bread dough according to recipes.
• Handle dough dividing, rounding, moulding, and shaping.
• Understand dough fermentation, proofing, and gluten development.
• Operate commercial dough mixers and bakery equipment.
• Maintain consistent bread size, weight, shape, and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery production area.
