Job summary

BreadTalk Pte Ltd is seeking bakery personnel to support daily production, from dough handling to baking and packing. You will operate dough dividers, mixers, and ovens, preparing ingredients and fillings for a range of breads, pastries, and cakes.

Responsibilities include decorating, labeling, and ensuring strict hygiene and SOP adherence in a busy kitchen. Candidates should be able to stand long hours and handle up to 25kg, with six 8-hour days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year bakery or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long hours and perform heavy lifting up to 25kg.
• Shift work with six days per week and eight hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Operate dough dividers, mixers, proofers and grinders to support production.
• Bake products using ovens and apply various cooking techniques as per recipes.
• Prepare ingredients, dough, fillings and assemble baked goods.
• Weigh, portion, pack, and label products, ensuring freshness and expiry dates.
• Decorate cakes and pastries; maintain hygiene and SOP compliance.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties related to the kitchen area.
