Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level Analyst on a 6-month contract in Singapore. You will design, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions end-to-end, including CRM and BI components, with a focus on analytics and data-driven decision making.

You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computing/Business Analytics/Science, 1–3 years in analytics, and hands-on SQL/Python programming, plus experience with Tableau, Power BI, Databricks and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with major in Computing/Business Analytics/Science.
• Min. 1-3 years’ experience in analytics, digital solution development in commercial/marketing domain. Entry level candidates welcome to apply.
• Hands-on development experience with commercial/marketing digital platforms.
• Programming languages: SQL, Python.
• Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Databricks.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions end-to-end, from requirements gathering through to release and post-launch support.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews and adhere to architecture and security standards.
• Develop and deploy solutions including CRM, geospatial analytics, and BI Docusign
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production solutions, ensuring reliability and uptime.
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and Databricks Genie workflows that automate reporting on campaign/sales performance.
• Develop location-based analytics use cases, including outlet mapping, territory design, catchment analysis, whitespace identification, and outlet prioritization.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and queries (SQL/Python) that transform raw commercial data into analysis-ready datasets.
• Validate analytics outputs with business users to ensure insights are accurate, relevant, and practical for field execution.
