Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a data/BI engineer to design, develop, test and deploy digital solutions end-to-end across markets. You will write clean, documented code, participate in code reviews, and ensure architecture and security standards are met.

You will develop and deploy CRM, geospatial analytics, and BI applications, build PowerBI dashboards and Databricks Genie workflows, and create data pipelines with SQL and Python to turn raw data into actionable insights for field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards and BI solutions.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, geospatial analytics, and BI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions end-to-end, from requirements gathering through to release and post-launch support.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews and adhere to architecture and security standards.
• Develop and deploy solutions including CRM, geospatial analytics, and BI applications used across markets.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production solutions, ensuring reliability and uptime.
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and Databricks Genie workflows that automate reporting on campaign/sales performance.
• Develop location-based analytics use cases, including outlet mapping, territory design, catchment analysis, whitespace identification, and outlet prioritization.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and queries (SQL/Python) that transform raw commercial data into analysis-ready datasets.
• Validate analytics outputs with business users to ensure insights are accurate, relevant, and practical for field execution.
