Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Junior Accountant/Accounts Executive on a 6 to 9 month tenure in Singapore. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role ensures accurate financial records, timeliness and regulatory compliance while supporting daily accounting operations.

The position offers training and guidance, with duties spanning financial reporting, GL, audits, tax, budgeting and cross-department collaboration to drive solid financial management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Progress towards ACCA/CPA/CA is advantageous.
• Familiarity with local or IFRS reporting standards is desirable.
• Experience in fund accounting or asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for the group and funds.
• Conduct account reconciliation and analyze discrepancies.
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable.
• Coordinate with auditors and uphold internal controls.
• Assist in tax preparation and statutory reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with finance team on project implementations.

Education

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

Professional accounting qualification in progress (ACCA/CPA/CA)
