Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, is seeking a Joint Reconstruction Platform Lead to advance knee and hip solutions across SENA and beyond from Singapore. The role requires strategic marketing planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong track record in launching medical devices.

You will partner with global and regional teams, lead training programs, and influence portfolio strategy while travelling across Southeast and North Asia as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, product management, or business development within the medical device industry, preferably in Orthopaedics.
• Proven track record in launching and commercializing medical devices or digital solutions in the MedTech industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in other languages spoken in Southeast and North Asia is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Southeast and North Asia and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Plan Development and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan utilizing the Launch Excellence (LEX) Framework.
• Surgeon Training Plan Development and Execution: Partner with regional Professional Education team to develop curriculum, workshops, and certifications.
• Sales Training Plan Development and Execution: Collaborate with regional Commercial Education team to create and implement sales training programs and track performance.
