Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, seeks a Joint Reconstruction Platform Lead in Singapore to drive the SENA region’s knee and hip replacement initiatives. You will oversee the lifecycle from launch to market adoption, shaping portfolio strategy with cross-functional teams across Asia and beyond.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, product management, or business development within the medical device industry, preferably in Orthopaedics.
• Proven track record in launching and commercializing medical devices or digital solutions in the MedTech industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in other languages spoken in Southeast and North Asia is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Southeast and North Asia and internationally as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan using the Launch Excellence framework.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive market access and product adoption.
• Lead training and enablement programs for surgeons and the sales force to support launches and portfolio growth.
