Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes division, is recruiting for a Manager, APAC Trade Lead located in Singapore. You will lead regional trade operations, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations while partnering with regional and global stakeholders to optimize product movement.

The role requires 6–8 years in supply chain/trade compliance, strong APAC knowledge, and experience in a multinational matrix organization. Hybrid work arrangements and global collaboration are involved.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, trade compliance, logistics, or related roles.
• Experience partnering with global stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional trade leadership for APAC, ensuring compliance with customs, import/export, and trade regulations across all operating countries.
• Serve as the APAC point of contact for global trade operations and support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with regional and global supply chain, logistics, quality, finance, and legal teams to enable compliant product movement.
• Oversee and standardize trade processes, controls, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Monitor trade performance, identify risks or gaps, and drive corrective actions across the region.
• Support product launches, network changes, and supply chain transformations by assessing trade impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, cycle time, compliance, and service performance.
