Ecoworks builds reuse infrastructure and is reshaping how products are delivered. We’re seeking a hands-on Business Development professional to source and close FMCG brand partnerships, and to build a distribution network for our reusable bottle system across retail and online channels.

You’ll translate commercial commitments into deployable contracts with operations and product, leverage AI tools daily, and help shape the go-to-market for a prototype product in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Background in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or B2B partnerships.
• Has closed deals — not just supported them.
• Comfortable selling a product that is still being built — the bottle system is at prototype stage; you’ll shape the go-to-market as much as execute it.
• AI-native: uses tools like Claude, Perplexity, or equivalent fluently day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

• Source and close new FMCG brand partnerships and station placement deals.
• Build the distribution network for our reusable bottle system — brick-and-mortar retail, online channels, and institutional partners.
• Manage relationships with existing commercial partners; identify adjacencies as the product range expands beyond stations.

Commercial Operations

• Work with ops and product to translate commercial commitments into deployable contracts.

AI-Native Working Style

• Use AI tools natively across research, outreach, and workflow — not as a novelty but as a multiplier.

Ideal Candidate

• Background in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or B2B partnerships.
• Has closed deals — not just supported them.
• Comfortable selling a product that is still being built — the bottle system is at prototype stage; you’ll shape the go-to-market as much as execute it.
• Comfortable working without a large team or established playbook.
• AI-native: uses tools like Claude, Perplexity, or equivalent fluently day-to-day.
• Bonus: existing network in Singapore’s FMCG or retail property space.
