EXCELTECH COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Low-Code Engineer to design and implement Jira Service Management for GovTech SHIP-HAT JSM. You will focus on ITSM modernisation, migration, automation, and seamless integration, working on-site in Jurong.

The role requires deep hands-on JSM setup, workflow configurations, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITSM solutions and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring Atlassian Jira Service Management.
Experience with JSM workflows, request types, forms, queues, SLAs, automation and permissions.
Experience with Jira/JSM migration, preferably from Server or Data Center to a cloud-based environment.
Experience with workflow automation, business-rule configuration and system integration.
Experience using REST APIs, webhooks or similar integration methods.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
