Cognizant is seeking a hands-on Jira Service Management specialist in Singapore to design and implement ITSM on JSM, migrating from on-prem to cloud, and modernizing legacy workflows. You will configure portals, SLAs, and automations while integrating Jira, Confluence, and GitLab. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

The role emphasizes practical ITIL knowledge, automation, and data migration, with a focus on streamlined, scalable ITSM operating models.

Qualifications

Hands-on Jira Service Management implementation and configuration.
Proficient in JSM workflows, forms, queues, SLAs and automation.
Solid understanding of ITSM processes and practices.
Experience migrating Jira/JSM from Server/Data Center to cloud.
Experience with workflow automation and system integration.
Experience using REST APIs, webhooks or integrations.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assess the existing JSM environment, workflows, service catalogue, requests, SLAs, automation and integrations.
Design and configure the target ITSM solution on JSM.
Implement core ITSM processes: Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge.
Configure service portals, forms, queues, approvals, SLAs, notifications and automation rules.
Support migration of configurations and data from on-prem JSM/Data Center.
Simplify legacy workflows and increase automation where possible.
Design and implement integrations with Jira, Confluence, GitLab and other systems via APIs or webhooks.
Support testing, migration validation, cutover, documentation and knowledge transfer.
