FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Low-Code Engineer / Jira Service Management Implementation Engineer to design, implement, modernise, and migrate an enterprise ITSM platform. You will configure and automate service-management workflows, support platform migration, and integrate JSM with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and other enterprise systems.

The role focuses on improving ITSM processes, including Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management, and requires

Qualifications

Experience implementing and configuring Jira Service Management (JSM).
Ability to design and configure JSM workflows, forms, queues, SLAs, automation, and permissions.
Experience with ITSM processes and migrations from Server/Data Center to cloud.

Responsabilités

Assess existing JSM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Design and configure the target ITSM solution using Jira Service Management.
Implement ITSM processes: Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management.
Configure service portals, forms, workflows, queues, SLAs, and automation rules.
Support migration of configurations and data from on-premise or Data Center JSM environments.
