Job summary

NEW ART DIAMONDS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate retail associate to sell bridal jewelry and diamonds at our Orchard and Suntec City stores.

You will deliver expert product advice, greet customers, and drive sales while maintaining an inviting, clean shopping environment. You will manage stock, assist with tagging, ensure store security, and uphold safety protocols. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required, and prior jewelry or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail or Jewelry sales experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Available to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell Bridal Jewelry and Diamonds and provide attentive customer service.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide expert product advice.
• Manage stock, inventory, tagging and store cataloguing.
• Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements and ensure a secure environment.
• Support store safety protocols and watch for security of jewelry.
• Maintain attractiveness of store environment and assist customers.
