Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead (12+ years) to drive end-to-end technical delivery for large-scale projects in Singapore. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and distributed systems, with hands-on experience in Go and leadership of a 4–5 developer team.

Ideal candidates will guide architectural decisions, perform design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Java Tech Lead or senior engineering lead.
• Proven experience leading the design and development of distributed systems and enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on with Java (Spring Boot) and Go; strong API integration skills.
• Experience leading a team of 4–5 developers and performing code reviews.

Responsibilities
