Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, OpenShift Platform, and Apache Kafka. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of hands-on experience in software development and should be adept at leading technical teams, designing scalable solutions, and supporting various testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Non-Functional Testing (NFT).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
• Manage and deploy applications on the OpenShift platform, ensuring optimal performance.
• Implement real-time data processing solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Support end-to-end testing processes, including UAT, NFT, and other quality assurance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions.
• Continuously improve coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications related to Java, OpenShift, or Apache Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
