Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of Java backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and messaging systems (Solace).
• Proficiency with MySQL tuning and query optimization.
• Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for high-volume processing.
• Develop secure, high-performance APIs for internal and external integration.
• Contribute to architecture design for scalable, resilient systems.
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous processing for backend services.
• Optimize performance, perform load testing, and identify bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment across environments.
