Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java backend development for enterprise apps.
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem including HDFS and related tools.
• Strong background in distributed data platforms and batch processing.
• Proficient in Spring Boot/Spring Framework.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Familiarity with Linux and shell scripting.
• Version control with Git/Bitbucket and project tracking with Jira.
• Able to troubleshoot, tune performance, and provide production support.
• Experience with storage platform migration or modernization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Java backend services and APIs.
• Support platform modernization and backend integration efforts.
• Perform testing and validation across units and systems.
• Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and deployment challenges.
• Assist with deployment activities and post-implementation stabilization.
• Maintain technical documentation and artifacts.
• Collaborate with development, QA, infra, and architecture teams.
