REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Managing Director (Japanese Speaking) in Singapore to drive growth in the SG market and promote wedding planning services for couples having ceremonies in Japan.

You will build partnerships with travel agencies and wedding-related businesses while coordinating with the Japan HQ and local partners. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales and business development, with strong Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2+), and an entrepreneurial mindset to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in wedding, bridal, travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, partnership development, or related functions.

Responsibilities

Our client is a Japanese wedding production company providing wedding planning services for couples in Singapore who wish to hold their wedding ceremonies in Japan.

【 Responsibilities 】

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow the company’s presence in the Singapore market
• Promote wedding services and develop new customer opportunities
• Establish and maintain partnerships with travel agencies, wedding-related businesses, and other relevant stakeholders
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities and growth areas
• Coordinate closely with the headquarters in Japan and local business partners
• Support local business operations and contribute to future market expansion initiatives
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
