Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-oriented and organized individual to support leasing operations and customer engagement in our Leasing & Marketing team. You will assist with prospect inquiries, coordinate viewings, and maintain CRM records to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role suits candidates with hospitality, customer service, telesales or client-facing backgrounds who enjoy building relationships and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, telesales, healthcare, sales support or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, organised and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and proactive customer follow-ups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior CRM experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to prospective customer enquiries and proactively follow up on existing leads through outbound calls and other communication channels.
• Identify and prioritise interested prospects to ensure timely and effective follow-ups.
• Coordinate property viewings, consultations and appointments for prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, interaction records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure potential customers receive consistent engagement.
• Provide administrative and operational support for leasing and marketing activities.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, customer outreach initiatives and promotional events.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
