Formación

• Japanese language proficiency for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in launching and managing new businesses, services, or business initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize operational workflows across print, web, and social media production teams.
• Coordinate schedules and improve productivity to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and implement frameworks for service quality improvement and deadline management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with multiple teams to drive operational excellence.
• Support the planning, launch, and expansion of new business ventures and services.
• Establish KPIs, monitor business performance, and drive projects toward strategic objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with business partners and clients in Singapore and regional markets.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to corporate planning initiatives.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
