SPRING HOPE CREATIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a confident Business Development & Client Services Manager to grow new business and nurture long-term client partnerships.

You will lead conversations with business owners, develop opportunities, present proposals, and ensure clear documentation and timely follow-ups. This role offers direct access to owners and a visible impact on growth in a small, agile team.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' experience in business development, sales, account management or client servicing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with business owners, professionals and senior stakeholders.
• Strong sales instinct with the ability to turn conversations into opportunities.
• Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups.
• Highly organised with good documentation habits.
• Commercially aware and able to discuss proposals and pricing.
• Proactive, accountable and able to work independently.
• Digital marketing/creative agency experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach and partnerships.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Initiate conversations and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend services and solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and pitches.
• Follow up actively with prospects and close opportunities.
• Manage client expectations and deliver on commitments.
