Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or Delivery Lead roles.
• Fluency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with banking operations or banking systems preferred.
• Experience in banking system development or implementation projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team collaboration.
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented.

• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare, organise, and present project progress reports to client management and key stakeholders.
• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and manpower planning.
• Collaborate closely with clients, business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
• Support project governance and ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management or as a Delivery Lead, overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge or experience in banking operations or banking systems.
• Experience in banking system development or implementation projects is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
