Job summary

YHWH Food Provider Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled kitchen lead to manage hot and cold sections, and to prepare Japanese cuisine to our standards while ensuring quality, hygiene and smooth service.

The role includes controlling food costs, planning staff schedules, and collaborating with management on menu and operations. Salary SGD 3,800–4,600 monthly, 6 working days per week, 7 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in Japanese cuisine is required.
• Strong knowledge of hot and cold kitchen sections.
• Understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle Hot Section and Cold Section operations.
• Prepare and execute Japanese cuisine according to standards.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Monitor and control food costs, including portioning and wastage.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower planning.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
• Work closely with the management team on menu and operational improvements.
• Menu and new dishes creation on a regular basis.
