A leading food service company in Singapore seeks an experienced kitchen professional to prepare authentic Japanese dishes and maintain high food quality. Responsibilities include managing inventory and developing operational SOPs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, preferably with sashimi. Maintain high level of kitchen hygiene and food quality
Prepare authentic Japanese dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain food quality and freshness
Development and compliance of SOP’s for operational consistency in the kitchen
Other ad hoc task assigned by management
Requirement
Preferably at least 2 years Japanese cuisine experience
Preferably with sashimi experience
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
