PODJECT PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Sushi Chef to join a small, modern Japanese omakase kitchen in Orchard. You will lead food preparation and coordinate with the head chef on ordering and inventory management.

You will also take drink orders, recommend sakes, and ensure all dishes meet the highest quality and presentation standards for lunch and dinner service six days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Food preparation and coordination with head chef for ordering and inventory management.
• Take drink orders, recommend sakes, and top up drinks as required.
• Ensure high quality and consistent presentation of all dishes.
• Be familiar with menu items, recipes, production methods, and presentation standards.
• Follow proper preservation standards and handle all food at the correct temperatures.
• Communicate clearly when presenting dishes to customers.

We are looking for talented chefs who are well versed in modern Japanese Omakase and sushi dishes.

Small scale restaurant in orchard looking for hardworking and meticulous Sushi Chef who are willing to learn and grow with the company.

Responsible for food preparation and coordinate with head chef for ordering and inventory management

Takes drink orders, recommend sakes and top up drinks when required.

Ensure that prepared food are of the highest quality and standard at all times

Aware all menu items, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards

Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature

Ensure effective communication when presenting dishes to customers

Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner service 6 days a week
