Job summary

• Experience in programme management or project/event operations.

• Plan detailed programme execution including timelines, logistics and roles.
• Handle programme operations: contracts, invoicing, registrations and documentation.
• Coordinate with government, corporate, university partners and mentors in Japan for delivery.
• Support delivery and marketing materials, reports and post-programme summaries.
