Job summary

NUS Enterprise is seeking a Programme Execution professional to plan and oversee detailed programme execution at Kent Ridge Campus, Singapore. The role covers planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination and on-site support for events and visits.

You will manage contracts, invoices, registrations, and reporting, while maintaining records and ensuring smooth delivery. English and Japanese communication is valued for coordinating with partners in Japan.

Qualifications

  • Experience in programme management, project management, event operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills in English and Japanese to support regular communication with stakeholders in Japan.
  • Experience with administrative processes such as contracts, invoicing, payments, system registration, or reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage programme execution smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed programme plans, including timelines, logistics, roles and responsibilities, and execution requirements.
  • Translate programme concepts into practical implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to confirm programme details and delivery requirements.
  • Manage operational and administrative tasks required for programme delivery, including contracts, arrangements, system registration, invoicing, payments, and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal processes, approvals, vendor arrangements, and other steps needed for smooth execution.
  • Maintain programme-related records, trackers, and operational documents.
  • Monitor programme progress, milestones, issues, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate communication with participants, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage detailed coordination with stakeholders in Japan, including government agencies, corporates, universities, startups, mentors, and other partners.
  • Identify issues or risks and follow up with relevant parties to resolve them.
  • Prepare for programme delivery, including logistics, materials, schedules, and briefing documents.
  • Support or lead on-site operations during programme sessions, events, workshops, visits, and meetings.
  • Prepare programme marketing materials, participant-facing documents, reports, post-programme summaries, and other communication materials.
  • Support visitor hosting and visit coordination as needed.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Centre Director.
  • Perform other tasks as instructed by the Centre Director.
