Job summary

Sysmex Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Engineer to support Sysmex products for the local market. You will plan visits, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction through adherence to SOPs and KPI targets.

This role requires 2-5 years in IVD or medical devices, strong communication, and the ability to manage key accounts while maintaining spare parts and providing weekly standby support to local customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan corrective and preventive action visits for Sysmex Singapore customers.
• Provide technical support to local SG customers as needed.
• Adhere to procedures and processes to meet KPI targets.
• Report issues and customer feedback to supervisor or regional support team monthly.
• Manage assigned key accounts.
• Review and maintain spare parts in the local c-location to support operations.
• Provide 24-hour standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis.

Engineer for Sysmex products for local market (SG). He is responsible for all preventive and corrective support functions necessary to ensure high level of customer satisfaction with Sysmex’s range of products.

Job Description

• Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for Sysmex’s Singapore customers.
• Provide technical support to local (SG) customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
• Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department’s KPI are met.
• Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis.

• Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations.
• Provide 24hrs standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis.

Job Requirements

• 2- 5 years working experience in IVD or medical devices market
• Microsoft office, good communication skills.
• Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal external customers.
• Experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products will be advantageous.
