Job summary

BETTER BY CHANCE PTE. LTD. seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive IVD test kit and diagnostic product adoption across Singapore's clinics, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

You will develop key accounts, deliver product demos, train users, and provide after-sales support while coordinating with distributors and internal teams to expand market reach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years relevant sales experience.
• Experience with clinic, laboratory, distributor, or key account management preferred.
• Legal eligibility to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinic, laboratory, medical centre, and healthcare institution clients in Singapore.
• Promote IVD test kits and diagnostic products to doctors, clinic managers, laboratory professionals, and healthcare partners.
• Conduct product introductions, demonstrations, and basic user training.
• Follow up with customers on product usage, repeat orders, feedback, and after-sales support.
• Support channel development, distributor coordination, and key account management.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to support sales planning and market expansion.
• Perform other sales-related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by business needs.

Overview

Drive sales and client relationships for In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) test kits, clinic-based diagnostic products, laboratory testing solutions, and healthcare products across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinic, laboratory, medical centre, and healthcare institution clients in Singapore.
• Promote IVD test kits and diagnostic products to doctors, clinic managers, laboratory professionals, and healthcare partners.
• Conduct product introductions, demonstrations, and basic user training.
• Follow up with customers on product usage, repeat orders, feedback, and after-sales support.
• Support channel development, distributor coordination, and key account management.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to support sales planning and market expansion.

Key Information

Experience Level

• Sales Executive: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager / Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably with clinic, laboratory, distributor, or key account management experience.

Preferred Background

• IVD, medical diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare products, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Clinic working experience, medical laboratory, medical technologist, or diagnostic testing experience strongly preferred.
