Job summary

InternSG invites an IT-focused intern to join our team in Singapore. You will assist daily IT operations across the office, retail outlets and warehouse, gaining hands-on experience with hardware, POS support, MS 365, and business applications while working closely with the IT team.

You will handle equipment deployment, asset management and basic network troubleshooting, and contribute to IT projects and events during your internship period.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Availability for a full-time internship of at least 6 months.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware and Microsoft 365 Applications.
• Interest in hands-on IT support and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Willing to travel to retail outlets and support events when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, POS terminals and peripherals.
• Prepare, configure and deploy IT equipment for new and existing users.
• Documentation and record management of hardware and software.
• Support retail outlets with POS and basic network troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment lifecycle records.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 user setup and basic application support.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / LS Central troubleshooting and testing.
• Assist with Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
• Provide IT support during company events and general IT projects.
