Job summary

FARBEN INFORMATION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. invites applications for an on-site IDC room role requiring 7×24-hour duty, incident response, and SLA-aligned work order processing.

You will monitor IDC environments, identify risks, handle emergencies per EOP procedures, and execute SOP-driven tasks while maintaining switches, servers and cables. This position suits dependable, hands-on IT professionals in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Full-time college diploma or equivalent qualification and above.
• Major in computer-related disciplines.
• Language requirement: Local language plus English, or Local language plus Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with IDC computer room environments and monitoring systems.
• Detect and identify risks through routine inspections; handle emergency incidents quickly and accurately following EOP procedures.
• Be proficient in work-order systems, strictly implement SOP, and independently complete all work orders.
• Have good knowledge of IDC room devices including switches, servers and cables, as well as their specifications for installation, rack mounting, cabling and maintenance.
• Conduct site surveys, on-site supervision, minor construction works and issue feedback as required.

About the role

Perform 7×24-hour on-site duty at the IDC computer room. Respond to incidents and process work orders in accordance with service SLA requirements, including ad-hoc tasks.
