HCL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic HR Executive in Talent Acquisition to lead IT sourcing efforts in Singapore. The role focuses on collaborating with HR, TA and IT teams to deliver efficient recruitment processes and strong stakeholder relationships.

The candidate will manage end-to-end TA activities, develop project plans, schedule interviews, and support offers using SuccessFactors, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires in the IT outsourcing sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years in IT Outsourcing Services in Singapore.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with initiative.
• Collaborative attitude with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality delivery.
• Proven track record in talent sourcing for tech roles.
• 3-5 years sourcing for multiple IT roles in Applications/Infrastructure.
• Manage TA coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, TA, IT delivery teams to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Facilitate clear communication among team, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to team members for timely completion.
• Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking across platforms.
• Filtering candidates for roles with TA SPOC.
• Stakeholder management with internal TA, HR and hiring managers.
• Prepare and schedule candidates and business clients for interviews.
• Support TA in offer process on system input - SuccessFactors and central offers.
