Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. The role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to work independently.

You will monitor system availability, support migrations, cloud integration, and security improvements while documenting configurations and procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT systems administration experience with Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent operation; works with internal teams.
• Experience with Azure, Linux, cloud or hybrid environments; relevant security tech a plus.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, performance, patching, and system health.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, domain services, user accounts, access control, and identity lifecycle management.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, user administration, security policies, identity protection.
• Monitor system availability, troubleshoot server, app, network, and authentication issues, and support backup/disaster recovery.
• Lead and support IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud integration, migrations, security improvements, and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, system performance, patching, and overall system health.

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, domain services, user accounts, access control, and identity lifecycle management.

• Support and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, user administration, security policies, and identity protection.

• Monitor system and infrastructure availability, troubleshoot server, application, network, and authentication issues, and support backup and disaster recovery processes.

• Lead and support IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud integration, system migrations, security improvements, and the documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or systems administration, with strong hands‑on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage IT operations independently and work effectively with internal teams.

• Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Linux servers, cloud or hybrid environments, DNS, web hosting, and Microsoft security technologies will be advantageous. Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
