Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Jurong is seeking a System Engineer to design, implement and maintain networked IT systems, including servers and storage. You will work with Sales and Project Engineers to review tender specs and ensure designs meet requirements.

You will configure devices such as IP cameras, SAN storage, servers, switches, routers and workstations, and administer IT systems while strengthening cybersecurity across the network. This position is on-site in Jurong.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating, testing and configuring network equipment.
• Ability to support IT projects by understanding network design requirements.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity measures to protect IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new technologies to enhance existing products and solutions.
• Evaluate, test, and configure network equipment.
• Support the Sales team by reviewing tender specifications and network design requirements.
• Support Project Engineers in configuring IP cameras, SAN storage, servers, switches, routers, workstations, and other network devices.
• Support Service Engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network hardware and software issues.
• Administer and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, storage, and software applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for internal users.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect IT systems and networks from security threats.
