Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking an IT Help Desk & Infrastructure Specialist to support our IT services across multiple offices in Singapore. You will troubleshoot desktop applications, install hardware/software, and maintain servers and network infrastructure.

The role requires at least 5 years in MIS or related areas, with hands-on experience in Windows Server environments, cloud systems, routers, and switches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of MIS or related experience.
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• ITIL certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, cloud platforms, routers and network switches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Able to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Support IT help desk services to meet business needs within SLA standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop applications and infrastructure.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications.
• Maintain on-premise and cloud IT infrastructures across multiple offices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems for smooth operation.
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile services.
• Coordinate with other support/product teams to resolve requests promptly.
• Document IT infrastructure setups and software licenses.
