Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to support desktop applications and infrastructure, ensuring SLA-compliant service delivery across offices. You will troubleshoot, install and configure hardware and software, manage user access, backups, DR procedures, and provide VOIP/conferencing and mobile service support.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in IT, 5+ years MIS experience, and preferably ITIL certification; you will work with on-premise and cloud

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years MIS or related experience.
• ITIL certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Windows servers, cloud systems, routers and switches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours.
• Able to multi-task and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT help desk support to meet SLA requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop applications and infrastructure issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Maintain on-premise and cloud IT infrastructures.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile services.
• Document IT infrastructure setups and software licenses.
• Train users on IT systems.
• Stay updated with technical knowledge.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
