Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior System Consultant in Singapore to support deployment, integration and operation of complex technology systems.

The role is hands-on and suitable for an experienced Systems Engineer or Infrastructure professional who enjoys troubleshooting across diverse systems. You will work with customers and engineering teams to resolve issues, document findings, and contribute to pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• - Experience in Systems Engineering, System Integration, Infrastructure Engineering or Technical Consulting.
• - Strong hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows environments.
• - Good understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, network switching and routing.
• - Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• - Experience supporting and maintaining large-scale IT systems.
• - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket or SharePoint.
• - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• - Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and support enterprise infrastructure and application systems.
• Perform system integration, testing and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Monitor system performance and support system maintenance, changes and improvements.
• Work closely with customers, partners and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, incident reports and user guides.
• Identify technical risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Support technical solution planning and pre-sales activities when required.
• Share technical knowledge and support the development of other engineers.
