We are seeking an IT Operations professional in Singapore to manage onboarding/offboarding IT assets, maintain LAN/Wi‑Fi, enforce information security, support Linux services, and collaborate with R&D

Qualifications

3+ years of similar industry experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical skills
Hardware Expertise: familiarity with IT equipment and network gear
Windows & Desktop Support: proficient with Windows & Mac OS, troubleshooting common issues
Linux Service Deployment: basic Linux commands and deploying services (Nginx, FTP, MySQL)
Solid Networking Foundation: routing, switching, VLAN concepts
AI Adoption: willingness to use AI-powered tools to improve operations
Curiosity and fast-learning mindset, responsible, good communicator
English and Mandarin proficiency a plus for stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

Onboarding and offboarding: set up devices, install software, provision accounts
Maintain LAN/Wi‑Fi: monitor and optimize network reliability
Information security: enforce policies, audit peripherals, manage NAC and endpoint protection
R&D collaboration: assist infra provisioning for test/production environments
Marketing collaboration: support marketing tech platforms and reporting
General affairs: assist with asset inventories and SOP documentation
