Higogame PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Operations/Infrastructure specialist in Singapore to manage onboarding/offboarding IT provisioning, asset recovery, and security compliance.

The role requires strong Windows/Mac support, Linux deployment, and solid networking fundamentals. You will support R&D and marketing tech platforms, collaborate cross‑functionally, and help maintain high availability while handling general IT admin duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of similar industry experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical skills.
• Proven hardware knowledge across IT equipment and network devices.
• Proficient in Windows and Mac OS with troubleshooting skills for desktop issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding/offboarding IT provisioning and asset recovery for staff.
• Maintain corporate network uptime through routine inspections and configuration of LAN/Wi‑Fi.
• Enforce information security policies and conduct audits of endpoints and peripherals.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to provision infrastructure and support marketing tech platforms.
• Assist with SOP drafting and general IT administration tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Offboarding Support

• Handle computer setup, hardware configuration, installation of basic office software, printers and account application/provisioning for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Manage the secure recovery of IT assets during employee offboarding: perform physical hardware inspections, deep erasure and backup of sensitive corporate data, system resets, and asset status updates.

Corporate Network High-Availability Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections, architecture optimization, and traffic monitoring of the company's local area network (LAN) and wireless network (Wi-Fi) to guarantee zero network downtime.

Information Security Control and Compliance Enforcement

• Deploy policies and perform compliance checks for endpoint security software (such as antivirus, internet behavior management, and Network Access Control/NAC) to prevent weak passwords and ransomware.Strictly enforce company data security and confidentiality policies, perform audits on non-compliant peripherals, intercept unauthorized network access, and regularly generate security audit compliance reports.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• R&D Collaboration: Assist the development team with infrastructure provisioning for test and production environments, including initializing basic Linux virtual machines and so on.
• Marketing Collaboration: Provide technical support by configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting marketing technology platforms and related software to enable effective campaign execution and reporting.

General Affairs and Ad-hoc Tasks

• Assist supervisors with IT asset inventories and the drafting of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation; efficiently execute other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ yearsof similar industry experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical skills
• Hardware Expertise:Familiar with IT equipment hardware, including but not limited to host computers/PCs, network switching equipment, etc.
• Windows & Desktop Support:Proficient in Windows and Mac OS, highly skilled in operating system installation, and familiar with the configuration and usage of various Microsoft products. Capable of troubleshooting common desktop issues, such as Web interfaces failing to open or endpoints failing to obtain valid IP addresses.
• Linux Service Deployment:Familiar with essential Linux OS commands and experienced in installing and deploying common services under Linux environments, such as Nginx, FTP, MySQL, etc.
• Solid Networking Foundation:Possess robust fundamental knowledge of networking, feel comfortable with routing and switching principles, and understand VLAN segmentation and management.
• AI Adoption: Demonstrated ability and willingness to adopt AI-powered tools to enhance infrastructure operations, automate repetitive tasks, improve troubleshooting, and increase overall operational efficiency.
• Possess a spirit of exploration, love technology, and keep up with technological developments.
• Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarinare a plus due to the need to communicate with stakeholders.
