Job summary

TG Singapore is seeking a seasoned System Administrator/Infrastructure Support specialist in Singapore to maintain and support servers, endpoints, and network devices. You will manage Windows and Linux servers, virtual environments, and Active Directory, ensuring uptime and service continuity for critical systems.

The role includes preventive maintenance, system monitoring, patching, backup testing, security hardening, and on-call incident response.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Servers, Active Directory, and VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in server, hardware, software, and network environments.
• Knowledge of system monitoring, patching, backup, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support servers, endpoints, and network devices.
• Perform routine maintenance on hardware.
• Manage operating systems (Windows, Linux, virtual environments).
• Ensure uptime and service continuity for critical systems.
• Conduct scheduled system checks, updates, and patching.
• Monitor system health, logs, and alerts.
• Perform backup verification and restoration testing.
• Respond to incidents, outages, and system degradation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Apply security patches and system hardening.
• Configure Active Directory/Domain Services.

• Update documentation and SOPs.
