Job summary

INNOTEC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Security Solutions Technician to install, manage, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intercom, NAS, and VMS systems across islandwide sites.

You will run network cabling, assist with testing, and support ongoing maintenance while coordinating with project managers and engineers. The role requires 2 years in security/IT support, familiarity with NVR/DVR and IP cameras, and a strong customer-service mindset; night/weekend standby may be

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV, security systems, IT support, networking or related technical field preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP cameras and video management systems.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of servers, NAS, storage and HDD troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle copper, fibre cabling, electrical work, and installation of data/power cables, conduits, and metal trunking.
• Support testing, commissioning, and regular maintenance of security systems.

• Set up and design network solutions for security systems.
• Assist Project Managers and Engineers with other tasks as needed.
• Able to standby at night or over weekends when required.

• Working Location: Islandwide (office at Woodlands)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am - 6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package:Basic + OT
• Duration: Permanent
