MILTRADE TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide frontline assistance to users and staff. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to keep devices and services running smoothly.

You will install and configure computers, manage user accounts, perform routine maintenance, and help with cybersecurity efforts. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of hands-on experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level technical support to users and employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
• Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform system updates, software installations, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Document incidents, support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, including updating antivirus patches on offline servers and promoting user security awareness.
• Liaise with vendors and elevate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
