Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist (M365, Administration) to provide end-user and infrastructure support across the organization, focusing on Microsoft 365 administration, Intune device management, and security configuration for a user base of over 100 users.

You will design, implement, monitor M365 solutions, manage system health, backups, and perform annual hardware refreshes for endpoint devices and network gear, with travel to vessels as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of L1 support in mid to large enterprises with 100+ users.
• Hands-on experience as a Global Admin for Microsoft 365 or equivalent expertise.
• Experience managing endpoints (Windows, Android, iOS) and ensuring security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions for high availability.
• Monitor system health, perform backups and restores, and conduct performance testing.
• Conduct annual hardware refreshes for endpoint devices and network equipment.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding support and troubleshoot onsite and remote (vessel) issues.
• Maintain inventory and perform daily, monthly, and annual IT checklists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support vessels when vendor resolution is needed.

Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist (M365, Administration) to provide dedicated end-user and infrastructure support across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint device management, and general operations for over 100 users.

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring system availability, reliability, and optimal performance.


• Monitor system health, perform performance testing, and manage backups/restores.


• Conduct annual hardware refreshes for endpoint devices (Windows, Android, iOS) and network equipment.


• Provide onboarding/offboarding support, troubleshoot issues onsite and offsite (including vessel support), and document system configurations, processes, and user guides.


• Maintain IT hardware/software inventory and execute daily, monthly, and annual operational checklists.


• Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance user experience, with international travel as necessary to support vessels when vendor resolution fails.

Skills and experience required

3 years of experience providing L1 support in mid to large enterprises with a user base of over 100 employees.

Hands-on experience as a Global Admin for Microsoft 365 or expertise in key modules such as user administration, Intune management, and security configuration.

Managing and troubleshooting endpoint devices, including Windows OS, Android, and iOS.
