Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an IT support role, preferably in construction or related industry.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hardware setup, software installation, and system maintenance.
• Familiarity with e‑waste management practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral problems.
• Install and configure computers, operating systems, and office applications.
• Support remote users and project sites when required.
• Monitor LAN and internet connectivity; troubleshoot network issues.
• Record support tickets and maintain IT documentation.
